Admissions and Registration Department

The Admissions and Registration Office serves as the student’s gateway to university life, overseeing application procedures, verifying academic records, and organizing registration and withdrawal processes in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Sudan.

Objectives of the Admissions & Registration Department:

• Facilitate application procedures for new students.
• Organize student registration processes for academic semesters.
• Preserve and verify academic records.
• Provide support and guidance to students throughout their academic journey.

General Admission Requirements:

• Possession of a Sudanese secondary school certificate or its equivalent.
• Meeting the required percentage according to the chosen program.
• Passing interviews or admission tests (if applicable).
• For international students: valid residency and passport.

Required Documents for Application:

For students holding a Sudanese certificate:

• 1 A clear copy of the secondary school certificate.
• 2 Examination seat number.
• 3 Copy of the national ID or birth certificate.
• 4 Two (2) recent passport-size photographs.

For students holding foreign certificates:

• 1 Original copy of the foreign certificate.
• 2 Equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Higher Education.
• 3 Aptitude/assessment test results (required for some nationalities, e.g.,Saudi Arabia).
• 4 Copy of passport or residency.
• 5 Two (2) recent passport-size photographs.
